It's crucial to focus on the people who stand by you. While I lost some friends along the way, those who stayed formed unbreakable bonds.

Coping with mental health challenges post-TBI requires a mix of strategies. Engaging in activities like mindfulness and meditation became essential for finding harmony in the midst of the chaos.

Eradicating the Stigma:

To truly heal, we need to erase the stigma surrounding mental health post-TBI. Studying my pain, the intricacies of TBIs, and mental health has been a key part of my healing journey.
